Mr. Green joined NERA's Sydney office in early 2003 after completing his post-graduate studies in economics and law. During his time at NERA, he has advised a number of clients in Australia and the Asia Pacific region on a range of competition and regulatory issues including merger clearance processes, access to bottleneck facilities, and proceedings involving allegations of predatory pricing and price fixing. Mr. Green has advised clients in the aviation, energy, petroleum, scrap metal, and telecommunications industries.
